Notaries working as Certified Signing Agents and Transaction Coordinators have been able to create an additional full or part-time income paying between $150-$250 or more per file. If you're bi-lingual or multi-lingual your value goes up accordingly by providing valuable signing services that also include translation and courier services ensuring the signed loan packages are returned to the lender in a timely manor.​​
